Yes, I suppose it's quite out of the blue that he suddenly starts harrassing her and makes him tell her...no build up to that.

I found clips of the guy who's playing Erik the production of PoTO I'm seeing this summer and he is AWESOME. I am one happy phangirl!!!!! ;D

I saw this live at the Kennedy Center last night and it was....there are no words to describe how amazing it all was. Even though we had the understudy playing Erik, he was still wonderful and the entire production was superb.

The big question is, was the Madame Giry you saw good? I liked our Madame Giry well enough. Particularly during the second round of 'Notes.' She actually was very maternal to Christine, even kissing her on the forehead after 'Think Of Me,' which I didn't expect. She was clearly terrified of Erik, though. Very terrified.
