The first movie I saw Miranda in was The Phantom of the Opera. Sadly enough I had never even heard of her until then. *hangs head in shame* But I do believe I have made up for that in the past year because I now own ten of her movies: PoTO, Sleepy Hollow, Merlin, Merlin's Apprentice, The Prince & Me, Tom & Viv, Dance With A Stranger, St. Ives, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and Snow White: The Fairest of Them All. Plus I've seen an additional 3 that I don't own: Alice in Wonderland, The Hours, and The Three Ravens from Jim Henson's The Storyteller.

Yes, somehow I think you have certainly made up for it. I certainly don't own that many of her films! Most I saw on TV, or borrowed from the library (at exorbitant prices, may I add! £4.50 each, for one poxy week! *is miser*)

It's not quite as expensive as yours. I think it's £3 for DVDs and £1 for videos. I've not rented any for a while, as I think I've rented all of them. Actually, I think I've rented most of them several times.

I bought most of mine for decent prices, actually, off of amazon. com and dvdempire.com

Last time I ordered something off amazon.com, it took 3 months to arrive, and, because it was region 1, I had to piss about with the PS2 every time I watched it. I is not a patient person. That's why I try and find stuff in shops whenever possible.

Poor you. Looking for stuff in shops then makes sense.

Same with CDs. Also, I love the little lyric booklets that come with them.

'specially seeing as the songs are both cool and partly in a nordic sounding language I could not yet identify. not finnish, though. now I'll have to get them from the net.

What was the band called? You can pretty mcuh find any lyrics on the web, unless the CD is a new release. If it's a metal band, you could try checking out this website. www.darklyrics.com/

I love that site! The band is called In Extremo, and they gave themselves cool nicknames like "The Unicorn", "Flex the Bendy", "The morning Star" or "Yellow Piper". they also made some songs in latin, which is an extra motivation to study vocabulary and grammar.
