I thought as a pawn, Uther was probably the more likely candidate- he was certainly pathetic enough. And whilst he wasn't a good guy in the strictest sense, he and Merlin were on the same side for a while, and he certainly never changed to supporting Mab. He was also a significant enough character to be an actual chess piece, whereas I think Sir Boris, and certainly Elaine, might be pushing it a bit on that score.

I agree, I think Uther would be the white pawn piece.

Damn, we really do need an evil smilie. We would use it so often....
But, yes, chess pieces. Well, I don't suppose any of our members work in the chess industry, do they?

Sadly, I doubt it. Although I have a granddad who can carve, he's a bad tempered old git, bless him, and has recently been conned into carving a few hundred holding crosses for a random church, so I don't think there'd be much chance of success there. But hey, there's always plasticine. :]]]

LOL! Um, I have a friend's dad who makes T-shirts, but sadly no-one who can carve or make chess sets.

Indeed! If anyone ever manages to produce some Mab T-shirts, be so kind as to point the rest of us in the general direction, yes? Actually, it's probably possible to get pictures of Mab printed onto a T-shirt. That would be good...
