Hello Everyone!! ;D Hope everyone well is and had a grand Christmas. I just thought I would start a thread so we can all discuss what we are doing for New Year, plans for the night and resolutions....even support eachother so that they last more than a week! Personally I'm not 100% sure what I'm doing New Year's Eve night. I'm trying to organise my friends into choosing a definate plan. At the moment its between going to my friend's auntie's New Year party or heading into Manchester city centre (which its self is hard to organise because everyone wants to go to a different club!!!) As for resolutions.....definately to lose weight. My aim is one stone by easter then another by summer. I want to give myself a good amount of time and be realistic. I have to admit though I hate dieting I loves my food Anyway enough about me.... what is everyone else upto??? xxxxx

I think my family are dragging me out somewhere for New Year's Eve. I want to stay in and watch Jools Holland As for resolutions, I'm not going to bother with them. I suppose I could set myself some songs to learn on guitar, or something.

I don't know what I'm doing this new year. As for resolutions, I gave up making them years ago! I couldn't stick to them for more than a couple of days! Alright, hours!

Well, I'm not doing anything for New Year. I'm not a partier, and even if I was there would be no alcohol because it is illegal at my age here. Plus, I hate alcohol. Resolutions for me are pointless, I would just forget. I encourage all you smokers to stop though, it's nasty lol.

I'm not doing anything this year either. resolutions wise, they're more like goals. Get a better paying job, finish my writing courses without getting fed up and quiting them, and learn how to dance. That last one just cause I always wanted to learn tap. Last year though I wanted to learn to speak french. It's been a year and I've learned a few words. I can't spell them though.

I suppose it's from a friend who has a cousin who knows someone who has a neighbour, and so on? I love those DVDs!
I'll probably be staying home and alone for New Years Eve, because my best friend, who I usually spend the night with (hanging in front of the TV, mind you) is in Paris. Curse her. But I'll make myself comfy eating selfmade pizza and /or other good stuff, and watching various DVDs.
As for resolutions, I usually don't make them, but this year, one is in order: Loose. Weight. At least 5 to 6 kg, and if I can, all that I have gained since before my final exams. Exams really are figure killers. And find the time and energy to go horseriding at uni, or, if that isn't doable, do some other sport. Otherwise, I'll go nuts.

I never have resolutions.. Having those is just a waste of time (and brain cells lol) seeing as I always end up forgetting or simply ignoring them.
