Yes its indeed a funny film! It is diverting and amusing - I got the DVD from our Library and was quite surprised to find a new movie with Miranda there.

Queenie: Is her nose as pretty as mine? Blackadder: Oh no no no no no no no, ma'am. Queenie: Oh good. Because otherwise I would have cut it off, and then you'd have to marry someone without a nose and that wouldn't be very nice, would it?
*love it*

I'd like to see the deleted scenes too and some bloopers ... I guess they really had fun on the set.

Well she seems a little bit nervous, can it be? But I'd love to know, what they are laughing at....

aw! i love these. i would have loved to see more Merlin bloopers. i bet Manda is absolutely divine to work with. (and i bet she gives amazing hugs!!) *huggles Manda* yep. amazing. I totally agree - bloopers would have been fine, or some more "behind the scenes" stuff. I'm so curious about what it has been like with her on the set. *hugs to all*

Well of course I think, its a pitty that Rita may not appear that much in the following HP movies - but I do think that she should have been casted for an entirely different role in those movies. Ok I've already said this in some other thread, but for me she would have been the perfect "Narcissa Malfoy" - Watching Sleepy Hollow brought me to that thougt - I mean she is so Slytherin-like in it.

After I was reading the books, I was kind a bit of irritated, cause: 1st - the additionol story, that didn't appear in the film 2nd - far worse - the author has a completly different view on the events, than I used to have
So I have to say, that I'd really prefer the movie to the books ... but maybe it is also the fault of the german translation...

The costumes in this movie are all so beautiful.... mostly the last one - cause I still think, that she looked so much like a "Narcissa Malfoy" in it...

I wish I could paint her myself, but everytime I tried, I wasn't satisfied with it and tore it apart again... :-(
