I see what you mean- I think that whilst Frik feels somewhat undervalued, and a little downtrodden, he doesn't ever think that what Mab's doing is neccessarily wrong or harmful- just that her temper is not a good thing for him to be in the way of. Until something actually happens that affects him deeply (the death of Morgan), his complaints just seem to be the disgruntled mutters of an underling (I love that word- and the word "minions"...)

One could say that you, Tosca and I are all Mab's minions...and better ones than Frik!

Heheh, ultimately more adoring! Damn, if only we'd been there - we would have sorted that Merlin out good and proper. And perhaps we could have taught Mab some valuable social skills. I'm sure it would have helped her along in life, bless her.

that's freaking satanic who would do that to a dog? Maybe Frik is a sadistic bastard and enjoys seeing other people bullied (ambrosia) when its not him.

Ah, you should hear what they did to the monkeys. *shiver* You hear a lot of deeply unpleasant stories when you take psychology as level... Yeah, that's probably very likely! Ah, the machine that would let us enter movies... what an invention. ^^

What an invention indeed!
And about Frik enjoying seeing other people tormented by Mab: I think that after being the victim of her, well, outbursts so many times, he simply enjoys every time someone else is at the receiving end.

I can understand that kind of behavior. I like it when my brother is on the receiving end of my mom and not me. You'd never come out if you could enter movies no one would bother to live in reality anymore. They'd just pick their favorite movie and disappear. The closest thing that you could get to entering movies is virtual reality. We are probably going to have that soon in the future. Look at the new nintendo wii controllers and all of the systems can connect to the internet now. The military already uses virtual reality for training purposes. They probably are just trying to find a way to mass produce cheaply cause they already have the technology and its getting better every day. We have a psychology class at my school, but I don't remember hearing anything about them learning about tortured animals. and I don't want to know what happened to the monkeys.
