oh have fun at blood brothers its BRILLIANT i wish i could see it again..oh and have the tissues at the ready you may get a bit teary at times lol I saw it this week. OMG its amazing, the woman who played Mrs Johnston was incredible!! I adored the songs SOOOO much. I actually didn't need the tissues, but it was a bit sad at the end when they both died. It made me jump more than anything when the gun fired! I REALLY REALLY want to see it again. My mum's friend has seen it 5 times

I'm listening to an album by "Leaves' Eyes" called "Vinland Saga". Surprise, surprise, it's another female-fronted metal band. Ah, how unvarying my music tastes are. "Solemn Sea", "The Thorn" and "Twilight Sun" are my favourites off the album (Twilight Sun reminds me somewhat of Nightwish). But they do not come close to the glory that is Nightwish.

Thank you so much! I'm not totally insane! My whole family and everyone I know seems to think that since I love musicals I must be crazy. My absolute favorites are Wicked (the greatest!), POTO (duh), Godspell, and a ton more. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Stephen Schwartz (wicked and godspell) are total geniuses! I may also be considered crazy because I love seventies and eighties music too, but that's slightly more common than broadway.

Are you kidding? Everyone tinks I am mad! We had a choire from Liverpool over here recently because both Stavanger and Liverpool are capitals of culture 2008, so thye sang for us and stuff. Then the last thing they were singing, were ans Andrew Lloyd Webber medley, and then I started to cry when Memory and the songs from POTO came! It was soooo great! And my boyfriend sat beside me and dried my tears and my teachers laughed at me That was so embarrassing. I still get teased from that My favourite is POTO. But I reall like Wicked too, and I know it is coming to England in september. Wish it would come to Norway though! But I also LOVE Aspects of Love and Cats. Oh heck! I love all musicals! Call e a freak, but I do.

I adore musials too. The one I particulary love are Blood Brothers The Woman In White (which I am listening to the sound track right now) POTO (ok so I have only seen the film but I still loved it)
Luckily at school one of my best friends loves musicals too, so we can get obsessed together! That is so sweet about your boyfriend Yvonne, dryoing your tears and all. Awwwww.

Woman in White sounds good, but it did awful on Broadway. I don't know why, I just read it in the Chicago Tribune. They said that it was the cast they chose, so hopefully they may try it out again with a different cast. I saw Wicked with girl scouts back in december and all I want to do is go back. We got to meet a few of the cast members afterwards, but other than Fiyero and Chistery it was really no one all that big in the show. Though it was interesting to learn about the roles of swings and understudies. And they were all funny and really nice to us.

Oh, btw, I should probably warn you-I've become an extreme Wicked fan, so I'm sorry in advance for any Wicked rants I may go into. I've got the soundtrack, I've been to the Chicago production of the show (with Ana Gasteyer from SNL! It was so awesome! Though her contract ended in January. Plus Glinda's. ), I got a defy gravity t-shirt, I bought the novel by Gregory Maguire, and I bought the Grimmerie. I'm overly-obsessed, I know. It's awful. I annoy everyone with it and I'm sorry for annoying all of you just now.

Currently listening to "Poison"- the original Alice Cooper version, that is, not the evil dance remake. Honestly, how can you make a dance remake of such a classic rock song?! 'Tis blasphemy! Like saying Merlin is better than Mab! Well, OK, maybe not quite that bad.

I like them both. But you see, being a dancer, I love anything dance/techno like. I came across the Alice Cooper one when I was looking up the dance one after I'd seen it in my dance recital. I really enjoy them both. I just love any kind of song really. Just not rap-that's not music, it's a bunch of constipated people trying to be poetic (and it doesn't work).
