Oooh, lovely piccies! I don't rate Kiera Knightly as an actress, but I absolutely adore that pink dress with the bow at the front she's wearing. And James McAvoy's in two of the pics. Poor Rupert Everett looks like he's dead lol. Yucky Keira and Tilda's hair is just a little too vibrant. Girls always talk about how sexy George Clooney is, and I'm not denying he's handsome, but I just get an a**hole vibe from him. I like Michael Caine though.

It's a drug that melts fat and builds muscle fat. The drug was created for animals suffering from the horse version of emphysema. Utah State University veterinarian Clell Bagley said it opens up airways and treats congestion in horses.

"They press really hard on expiration, trying to get the air out, and they build muscles enough from that effort that it's called a 'heave line,'" said Bagley. "You can actually see an increase of muscles along the ribs."

The drug quickly found many illegal avenues to go down, starting with building muscle for racing horses, then for cattle and pigs. Body builders and now Hollywood are grabbing onto the drug to slim down. The same thing in Clenbuterol that opens a horse's lung to breathe opens humans' fat cells to release fat.

"You get lots of energy, your brain works really well, your fat's released into your blood stream for fuel," explained University of Utah nutrition professor Bryan Haycock.

After about three weeks the drug stops working, and discontinuing the use reverses effects.

"You have no energy. Your heart beats slowly," Haycock said. "Your heart beats slowly. Your fats don't release fat, instead they store fat. It's hard to concentrate. What goes up must come down."

Not only will you gain the weight back, but your fat cells become immune, making it even harder to lose weight. Haycock said it also can really mess up the heart.

"It can actually change the heart cells, the muscle cells, the cardiac cells, so they don't contract the same way."

It also increases the risk of stroke, heart arrhythmia, and raises blood pressure. Plus, the weight doesn't stay off for more than three weeks.








,I heard it on a tv special about the ultra skinny girls..Amy Winehouse was reported "at risk" as well as Kiera & Mischa Barton.

What is the world coming to, swallowing horse pills? When is this big collapse going to happen, when people realise that skin-and-bones is not attractive, but sick? I can hardly be patient about waiting for that to happen... it has to happen someday. Eventually. Otherwise, the world's morals will be ... really, really low.

I mean: I talked to my Ukrainian cousin the other day (being in Ukraine), and there are ONLY skinny girls there. ONLY. It's horrible. They're not.. you know, toned or nicely shaped, but they are simply skinny. Do you know what he said? "Oh, that's just their metabolism. They eat a lot, our girls. That's the Ukrainian woman - skinny. They don't do anything for that."

How ignorant is the male population of this country?!

URGH. They are starving themselves for these bodies, and they are probably throwing up most of what they eat!

Anyway... what happened to Tilda Swinton's hair? Wasn't she blonde? I liked her the blonde way much more, since this dark red... is too dark. I think a lighter shade of red would also look more natural. And is she wearing blue contacts? I thought her eyes were dark brown.

And another question: Maybe I am out, or dumb, but is Tilda with Clooney now?
