It's at Brook Gate, Park Lane, on the edge of Hyde Park. I had to look that up, but I do remember seeing it from the tourist bus when I was there. What a wonderful gesture to lay a wreath there. I do love how passionate Miranda is about her causes. And animal welfare is *such* a worthy cause.
