DVD would be fabulous but he probably wouldn't do that.

Well, the Designated Mourner is on DVD, so it wouldn't be without precedent.

Wow havent been on here for ages. Am living in london now and have just come back from seeing the play. It was very good, very topical and as someone said on here you really do have to have an open mind. I made the mistake of not knowing anything about the play before I entered into it and whilst I was open minded I found it hard to work out what exactly was going on. after doing some reading I understand where Shawn was coming from but think that 3 hrs and 15 mins of solid dialogue is a little too much for anyone to bare especailly seeing as his point could have been conveyed in half that time. I found his imaginary world amazing, whilst a little disturbing you have to admire him for having an imagination like that!
Mirand a was great of course, loved her hair down! haha. she stared at me through one of Shawns speeches which was quite daunting. we were very close to the actors the whole time only in the second row actually. We didn't see her afterwards as a) needed to get home b) very creepy looking men hanging around with obsessive pictures for her to sign and we didn't really want to get involved with that!
Didnt realise Jennifer was in it! i was so surprised! all I could think of was family guy *sniggers* and liar liar!
