Oscar-nominated actress Miranda Richardson, Christopher Evan Welch and Lauren Hodges are in negotiations to co-star in AMC's untitled political thriller from writer Jason Horwitch and Warner Horizon.

Richardson will play the widow of a billionaire who dies mysteriously, leaving her a cryptic message. The actress next appears in "The Young Victoria."
Welch ("Vicky Cristina Barcelona") will play a smart and arrogant analyst at the think tank.
Hodges ("My Guide to Becoming a Rock Star") will play the youngest analyst on the team.

Yay I have always said Miranda should be in a tv drama. Will it be a series as it's a pilot? Hope she says yes and hope they make it soon. This is awesome. Wonder if it's very modern or alittle older. Can't wait if she does it. Thanks for letting us know Clive
