This is a story of a girl who finds out her aunt is her mum, this is later on in the play. Work in progress. This is a while after she realises she is her Mum and getting used to it. Some swearing *warning*

Samantha: Okay time to go. (Gets no response from Fran) move it!
Fran: Move it where?
Samantha: To the car would be a start
Fran: (groans) must I?
Samantha: Got your lunch?
Fran: Did you make it?
Samantha: No, I told you I can't keep giving you money everyday. By the time you finish school I'll be bankrupt.
Fran: A couple of quid everyday isn't going to make that much difference.
Samantha: You'd only spend it on sweets.
Fran: I would not!
Samantha: Last time I gave you money you spent it all on chocolate.
Fran: I have a sweet tooth...I can't help it. I must have inherited it from somewhere.
Samantha: Okay I admit I have a very sweet tooth, but I know that if I gave you money it would not end up on your lunch.
Fran: Oh so I suppose I'll be going without lunch.
Samantha: Oh no you don't. I'm not falling for that one.
Fran: What one?
Samantha: Make me feel guilty for not giving you money.
Fran: Well I haven't got time to do anything about it now.
Samantha: You're right you don't have time; you're already over an hour late.
Fran: By no fault of my own.
Samantha: I couldn't drag you out of bed.
Fran: You weren't trying hard enough.
Samantha: I did everything I could (sighs)
Fran: If you say so
Samantha: I did everything bar throwing water over you and I doubt even that would have worked.
Fran: Not my problem
Samantha: It is your problem, because you're the one who gets in trouble if you miss school. Oh and so do I (gestures to herself) I'll be in the shit too if you don't start getting your act together.
Fran: Don't be ridiculous.
Samantha: I know you could care less, but I do care...I care a great deal. And I want you to straighten up.
Fran: I have never ever ever missed school. I'll admit I've been fractionally late but that's completely different.
Samantha: How? How is it different?
Fran: It's just...it's not the same okay?
Samantha: You're still missing school. You're still losing an education.
Fran: School is boring, give me a break.
Samantha: It's school, it's not supposed to be fun.
Fran: You're telling me.
Samantha: Welcome to the real world honey.
Fran: Well you know you've just delayed me another ten minutes.
Samantha: Get your stuff, we're going...I know it's difficult but try and do as you are told.
Fran picks up her bag and walks out of the front door.
