So a couple of weeks ago, I went to this theme park called "Holiday World" in Santa Claus Indiana, and as I was walking through the Halloween section of the park, I noticed something weird....All of the rides/buildings around me were names or themes of movies Miranda has been in! There was a "Legend" of Sleepy Hollow roller coaster, a game room called "Spider's web" and a gift shop called "Merlin's Magic"...was it fate that these three should surround each other, or was the park's designer a HUGE Miranda fan? I shall ever wonder. The pic is a little dark but trust me, it's there! Just had to share this!!!

i never noticed that! And I live only an hour away from Holiday World so I've been going there every summer since forever. I'm actually going there tomorrow and I'll never look at it quite the same again.

LOL! That’s really cool. Maybe the park designer was a Miranda fan after all

A Miranda Richardson theme park ? Interesting. AS for me, her theme park is here on the Mirandatia site and in her TV and movie roles, and above all - in our hearts and minds.
I note that Pillowgirl said she was in a park in Santa Claus, Indiana. I will have to look up this town. Also, Indiana, that vetry Rupublican state, voted for Barak Obama, the first Democrat to " carry" Indiana since Lyndon Johnson did the same in 1964; and before him, Franklin D. Roosevelt in the 1932 and 1936.
To me, as an American Democrat, and an Obama voter, this is indeed a gift from Santa Claus (aka, Father Christmas, St. Nicholas, and Chris Chinkle) from Santa Claus, Indiana, or elsewhere.

I supported Obama, but I was shocked when Indiana actually carried him because most of my friends said they voted for Mccain. It was very, very close. Obama just barely won.

Dear Arwen17, I thought that John McCain would carry Indiana, which so seldom votes for a Democratic candidate for President. We who voted for Obama would take a "win" in Indiana or anywhere else, whether a close vote or a landslide. We gladly took a win in the USA, which might not have happened for Obama had the American public been somewhat more satisfied with the state of our economy and also by having no war to fight either. This time.....this time.....at last. Good for you Hoosiers !!! (History: Dem. wins: FDR, 1932 & 36, LBJ, 1964; and Obama, 2008)
