Wow this board is quiet! So as ur ever ready stimulus I will, with tongue in cheek, try to get your blood stirring. Herewith I offer Miranda's worst moments! Given her unique sense of style, perhapsothers will contribute. Warning- you will have to visit the photo boards to properly trash me.
1- 2007 EQUUS premiere. For god's sake woman- wash ur damn hair!! You look like crap!
2- 2006 Paris J'Taime premiere. If you are going to wear hideous nighty as an evening gown, please dont forget the "chicken cutlets" for boobs!
3- London HARRY POTTER premiere. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?? Do you really think the Raggedy Anne look is becoming?? Whoever is your fashion advisor should be hunted down and shot!!!
4- 2004 Bafta Awards- OK you were a presenter, and your hair and makeup were good, but why is your gown so horrifically ill fitting? Makes you look positively FAT!!
Again- with tounge firmly placed in cheek- please have a robust GO at me. As always, you will not hurt my feelings! !

Kathleen-
Could not agree more with ur choices. For her to wear that gown to a "style awards" show is to be a walking, breathing oxymoron.
I'll give you another- the 2004 L.A. premiere of THE PRINCE AND ME. Cheap, skanky gown, a hairdo appropriate for a woman years older than she, and enough makeup to do a proper british slapper proud.

I actually LOVED that dress – it was drool-worthy! ;D *stares at the pics some more* *drools*
As for this topic, I don’t see what it’s point is, tbh. Some of her outfit choices might have been weird, but I still love and appreciate her for her work, most of all. And yes, this board might be quiet at times, but that’s because people who have nothing to say choose to just shut up, rather than start picking on anything they can think of. And that’s something I personally appreciate. (MY opinion.)

Dear L of M -
As stated in my original post, the point was to get the blood stirring, and it would appear that, at least partially, i have succeeded. Perhaps I was a bit rough in my descriptions, and I trust you will forgive my tendency to the needlessly sarcastic. We all know miranda to have a unique style sense, and when she gets it right, she really nails it [Wah-Wah ]. When she gets it wrong, we can always find comfort that there will be a next time. Likewise, do pls remember that my choices were made "with tongue firmly placed in cheek". Praise for miranda runs deep on this board, and rightly so. But surely we dont want to descend into a form of Orwellian groupthink. Hence, a little change of pace can, I believe, be good for us all. In any event, rest assured that we all love dear Miranda--- much as we do you [XOXOX].
