Ok - random question! But I was watching Call the Midwife recently and one of my other beloved Mirandas (Miranda Hart) had to do a childbirth scene and I was discussing with my sister that it was a kind of test of how great an actress is (Hart was actually brilliant, by the way!) and I wonder if our Miranda has ever had the challenge? I'm not counting her offscreen birth in Agony by the way!  |

Huh, no, I don't think she ever has. Interestingly, Miranda's performances related to children are often about loss of said children, or about her being a bad mother. Guess that says something about the kinds of roles she prefers to take.
