Never mind. I gave up and didn't go there, but I believe that there will be another chance to see her in person...;-)

I know what you mean, I was also performing a little (only as extras, but in a well known theatre with great actors, so I was like "ooooh, is it really happening?" all the time) and I will never forget that feeling :-) And of course I love theatre (or at least loved, now I am becoming a little bored and cynical =D) as a viewer, that's why I decided to study this subject and work preparing this experience for other people :-)
I see, I thought it couldn't be a full production, but that perfect costumes confused me ;-)

You are my new star, Nyssa!! No kidding, it's great :-) (I'm just looking forward to seeing it on youtube, because the facebook videos aren't displayed very well on my comp, the picture kind of stays behind the sound, which is really odd =D )
In fact I quite envy you, that you get to play such nice roles =D And I hope that you will soon make it to the professional productions!! But even this must be a dream coming true! (I don't know the most of the shows, because they were never performed in my country...but Cats?? It's the musical Mount Everest, hell difficult with all that choreography, isn't it? Have you played the whole show or is it just a separate song?)

Anita is cool, I always preferred her to Maria :-) Do you have any videos of yourself playing it, Nyssa? I'd love to see you perform =D

And thank you, Mary!

Here's mine. It was really hard to choose! Gideon's Daughter St. Ives Damage Tom & Viv Phantom of the Opera Vivien Vyle series Provoked Harry Potter Spider Merlin (+ special 11th place for The Hours, which is probably my most fave movie ever, but not because of Miranda) (And I get the Fred Claus thing, to me it just didn't seem so special...but I agree with the kid ;D )

Oh my god, I just watched this and I think I'm gonna have a stupid smile all over my face for the rest of the day...:-)
I didn't expect it to be such a lovely comedy, it's very funny. The scenes with Miranda and R. Grant are just perfect, she has a great talent for this kind of comic (and he too) - the best parts were already mentioned earlier in this thread. I love how the aristocratic setting and the language mixes with the modern, sitcom-like way of thinking and filming (like the part "May I just say your beauty maddens the soul like wine?" "No, you may not." "Absolutely.")

Well, she was cute, but she was so little in it and I don't think that the role gave her a good chance to act in any way... But maybe I just missed something, that's why I'm asking. (And I absolutely respect that the opinions of every viewer may differ.)

I am planning to watch a few of the important films I still haven't seen in the next days, so I'll make my list afterwards.
I'm just wondering...what's good about Fred Claus? =D (To me it didn't seem a very Miranda movie)

Thank you, that's what I needed :-)
(Yes, surely there are not rules, but the author means it some way ;-) )

Oh, I love musical theatre, it's wonderful that you are going to be a musical performer! :-)
And I am wondering what films are in that list? I usually name some of the most well known movies, but in my opinion they don't match with the "most Miranda" ones I'd like other people to see... So I end up with something like "She's the one playing Rita Skeeter but you should definitely watch a drama called..."
