Spelling is a tiny bit wrong, but otherwise it's perfect, except for eine not einen! I'm sure you'll make an impression hehe.

and declinations. I hate declinations. 'specially in latin. I wonder what it is like for say, an english-speaking person to learn the cases. I strongly recommend Twain's "Awful German Language" to go further into the matter.

Yeah I wonder about that, too! It must not make any sense at all at first.

Well the thing I find most difficult about languages like French and German, mainly is the verbs, tenses and the la/le un/une ein/eine/einen etc.
I've never learnt Latin (but my brother has) so I don't know much about that!

When I first learned English I found verbs and tenses to be the most difficult things as well. Latin has a lot more declinations than German already has! I had it in school for two years and it was rather interesting, especially because our teacher told us lots of interesting stories and anecdotes from ancient Greece and Rome.

yeah, that's great. I've had latin for one and a half year now, I started it pretty late because I had french first, and we're now at the level of those students who had latin as their second foreign language for almost four years. yay!
