Ah, true, that would be excellent. Although, Merlin cards made by us would probably consist mostly of pictures of Mab.

I don't have the Sleepy Hollow trading cards-but I do have ones for PoTO! ;D OMG! Phantom trading cards! Sleepy Hollow trading cards...I'm jealous. I'm surprised Merlin ones don't exsist. It seems to me like the perfect trading card type of movie! It be easy to make a card game with them, and the pics would be awesome! If anyone does attempt, please post some scans!

oo I have seen them:Dhow many giry ones:)? d you have a case for them? There's only one of Madame Giry. Most of them are of Erik and Christine. Typical. But, no, I don't have a case for them. And, yeah, Merlin trading cards would be awesome!

My ex-files cards are made up in a game, though I'd forgotten the rules, or purpose, it's been so long sense I played them. A merlin game could consist of the Christian cards, and the Magic cards, and, um, it could be like that. Once I recover the rules on my X-files cards, I'll make up a game for them, and you can make the cards, and then it'll be perfect! lol

Yes, Merlin Trading cards would be sweet. Though I would most likely loose them like every trading card I have bought in the past. I am also cursed with loosing collectible pins.

I loose stuff al the time too, so don't feel bad. The X-files card game is basically you get a card that is an "X-file" and using the other game cards, you try and figure out who has what X-file. So I'm thinking, for the Merlin card game, it could be something like.... There's a set of Merlin based cards, and a set of Mab based cards. Each group is seperate consisting of allies to either leading card player. The players on merlin's side play against the side of Mab until there are no cards left, the last card standing is the winner of the card game. I'm not sure how they're defeated though. this is really all of the top of my head. lol

Sounds fun
Since there would be more Mab cards then of Merlin, Merlin then would always loose. I like what I am hearing.

Or if makingup complex rules are a problem, you could always go the Top Trumps route- there's a card for each character, and each has a number of statistics (Intelligence, Magic Power, Height, Fear Factor, etc. to name some examples). Although the main point of these cards is to own a set of cards of something you like, you can play a simple game with them, similar to snap, where you split the cards equally between the players, one player picks the top card from their pile and calls out a statistic (eg. Intelligence= 65/100), and the other players look at the corresponding statistic on the top cards of their own pile (in this case, they would compare intelligence). The player who has the card with the highest statistic gets the cards that competed against their's. When you lose all your cards, you're out.
(NB: This is how my brother plays with his cards, some of the finer points of the game may have been changed, but it works).

Nice plan, I like it.
But we would have to include statistics like "kindness" or "empathy" so Mab won't have all that much of an advantage over Merlin ...
