iQueenie isn't really my best one. The bulk of the dress and the detail on the crownthingy was a bit hard to judge.

O: magic.
You open up your image in your paint program (I use Paint Shop Pro), erase the background (a painstaing process) and desaturate the image. Then you go and adjust the Brightness and Contrast until most of the figure is black, erase any color left in the figure, and fill in the background a purty color.
Use an oval brush to make the little earphones, and then the Pen tool for the wire. Use a rectangular brush to make the ipod itself. The details are very simple. Use any variant of the font Myraid to put in your little title (to make it look authentic) and voila! You have your ipeople.
