Guess what! I found a print of a pic of my village photographed from the air! These pictures are always so exiting! It's already a few years old, but exiting none the less. I thought I'd share and have left you a few helpfull comments ... Edit: bugger, it's too small. any idea how to get it bigger?

Are using photobucket or one of those image sites that resizes? Try www.yoxio.com. Free accounts have a 1 MB limit there but no resizing.

Your village is sooo cute!! I already had shown to some of you where I live, but I simply love my village and I don't resist to post some pictures of it!!!! So please, give a look at Sintra, a very small village near Lisbon! These two show the village itself! Here is oneof the palaces! And here is other palace and the castle!

Ah, now I am moved to post pictures of my lovely hometown. Can't find an aerial photo showing where I live, but here's one of the main part of the town (ignore the letters, they're various places related to Charles Darwin) Here's a few other pictures of nice places in our town. The castle The library The Old market hall (now a cinema) The abbey The railway station And lastly, an old tudor building, currently a museum, that is right across the road from my college (which I can't find any bloody pictures of either). Hope you enjoy viewing.

Wow, you all live in such gorgeous places! Nottingham is nowhere near as nice but here are some things near where I live! The castle The Major Oak. Random old tree which Robin Hood was said to have hid in (if you believe in Robin Hood which I don't really!) Oldest pub in England near the Castle Council House and Market Square (before they decided to change the square and make it weird) One of the theaters Windmill which is kinda of a mini science museum

You're from Nottingham, Queenie? I was there just over a month ago! We only stayed for a few hours on the tour, but we saw what remaied of the castle and the really old pub and the forest. Very cool.
I should uplaod some of the pictures I took in the Cotswalds. Now THAT is a positively gorgeous part of England. As was the Lake District. I'm so jealous of you all.
