well, i'd even say that cerberus isn't worth being referred to as having "no talent". (man, that sentence must be wrong - somebody please correct it?) oh my gosh my english sucks. well, anyway, i think she should be marked as having less than zero talent. maybe -300 talent?

I took 2yrs of French in high-school and wished I had paid more attention. As I look back on it, it was my favorite subject

I have learnt French since I was about 7 at school but Im still REALLY bad at it! I don't particulay like it but its not half as bad as chemistry. Im sooo bad at that my mum is thinking of hiring a private tutor to coach me after school. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
I aked to be moved down a set in French cos I felt so pressured to keep up with the fluent fokes!!! I did learn German for two years and I loved it but I didn't want to continue because I would have to do my GCSE in it and since I have to do French as a compulsory subject I thought it was best to stick to one language since i can't barly cope with that!!!
My brother learns latin at school but he hates it with a passion. His comment on the subject is "why do we even have to learn a subject that nobody even speaks? Its so pointless!"

Hehe, well I love Latin...it's my favorite subject. I just finished my Latin homework...anyway...
My mum doesn't want me to take French, until I can fluently speak spanish at least. She called French a dead language, and said I'll never use it. She wants me to continue Spanish b/c of all the Hispanics coming to the States now. I'm going to finish up Spanish this year and take French next year. If my mum doesn't protest against it...lol.

Madamegiry, that's practically the exact same reason why I have to take Spanish. There are so many Hispanics in the area that my parents said it would be more useful. They were all "You'll never use French, Spanish is so much more common, especially around here". That and I've been taking it since I was about eight and have never gotten below an A in it. I even got an award in eigth grade for having a 95% or above all four quarters in Spanish.
