Nooooo... October is nearly a year away! How are we supposed to go that long? Still, perhaps it will show on the Hallmark channel before then, and I can threaten... I mean, ask one of my friends who gets Hallmark to record it. Thanks for your comments about the fic, Incapability. Yours are also extremely brilliant! Long live the Merlin fics!

Indeed. DVD release good- especially when the DVD comes with lots of special features... except irritating stuff like "Film Facts", when you get random boxes with wierd facts in them suddenly popping up on the screen. But not many DVDs have those, thankfully- the only one I've seen is "Chronicles of Riddick". I prefer when they have interviews. And audio commentaries are sometimes interesting to listen to... though I think it would be cool if they got the actors to do an audio commentary in character. Can't you just imagine them doing that for "Merlin"? (*giggles insanely at idea)
*peers up at rest of post* Well, I think I can safely chalk this up on the list of pointless posts-- a long and complex paragraph on what kind of DVD extras I like and don't like *bemoans lack of social skills*

That would be hilarious!

I can imagine a lot of films where an in-character comentary would be great. merlin, sleepy hollow, and so on and so on ...

HP and the Goblet of Fire with Rita doing a commentary on her own- that would be brilliant! Unlikely though Back to MA- when is Hallmark going to tell us the &^!@"("!@£& release date!!!! Surely they must have some idea- I can only keep my Merlin-fix satisfied using the trailer for so long, then I will need the actual film!!!

Its sort of semi-autobiographical. Its written and directed by Richard E Grant and is based on his childhood in Swaziland. Miranda plays his mother, well its not actually HIS mother since the story is about a boy called Ralph but thats basically Richard. Thats her as his mother.
