Oh, this would be delicious ... I mean, she has some of the best scenes in the movie (and the movie is FULL of good scenes ). Crossing my fingers!

I really hope Miranda does get recognised, and even better, wins!! She really deserves it, espescially for Barbara because she gave a stellar performance and according to many people's accounts of seeing the film, the audience loved her! She was the most popular character in the film!

Current word is that Sony Picture Classics will vigorously campaign for Miranda as Supporting Actress, as well as Best Actress Sally Hawkins. The studio are apparently planning a release with lots of publicity. ;D
