I have been meaning to post about this for a week now, I keep forgetting. I don't know if any of you have heard about this but last week I found this article or something about a new version of the Blackadder dvds. I think it is a boxed set of the whole thing but I am not entirely sure. Does anyone else know anything about it? It is called Blackadder Remastered and it is a new release.

Yeah I have seen that, it is tempting but you'd have to sell all the ones you have first XD no point having it twice.

I think I might buy it because I have been getting mine from the library! XD Dunno, it would need some serious thinking though because if I can get them from the library should I spend all that money on the box set? I'm broke as it is!

I actually bought 'Blackadder Remastered' about two months ago, and I have to say it is a very worthwhile investment, even if you have the previous DVDs. Not only are all the episodes remastered, but most have audio commentaries, and Miranda is mentioned quite a bit (her episodes that are commentated are 'Bells', 'Money', 'Chains' and 'Amy and Amiability'). As well as the Blackadder Rides Again documentary, there is the documentary from the Back and Forth DVD, all of the specials, and interviews with all the main players (Miranda comes up quite a few times here too, so I would strongly recommend you sit through them). There is a five minute, extended interview (much more than in the Rides Again documentary) interview with Miranda where she talks about her character's inspiration and Stephen Fry among other things, and a ten minute costume look sees her reunited with Patsy Byrne (Nursie), and you see a lot more of this than in the documentary. It's fantastic!

I thought there was more then just the video re-edited. I read it somewhere but couldn't find it again. Thanks for the insight!

Below contains a swear word XD for warning.
It is funny it wasn't in the extra bits but I can't remember it. There was a bit where miranda got up and paced around saying how stephen did that. Then he wrote on a bit of paper and handed it to her and it says. Fucking hell XD or something on it. XD I think he was stressed during rehearsal XD hehe he wasn't saying it about her XD
