There was a behind the scenes clip shown at the Academy Awards just now!! Did anyone else see it? It was only a few seconds long but it's still cool! They showed it when they were doing the award for make-up and Miranda was in it! OMG!!! I was going to say the same! When I saw it, I was like : " " "The Young Victoria! and Mirandaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!" ;D The award was richly deserved BTW, the Sleepy Hollow part amused me! The headless horseman! <3 ;D "The Horseman comes, and tonight he comes for you!!! " Every Miranda's lines came to my mind as quicly as light

Exept from "Harry Potter" I've never seen a Miranda film in the cinema. And in Harry Potter I didn't like her yet. Young victoria for example isn't in the normal "town/village - cinemas" So I have to wait for the DVD. It's really a pity that I've never seen her. That feeling that stephowrites described (with the giggling and smiling and being nervous) I just had when I saw Maggie Smith in the cinemas. Miranda I've never seen

Aww ya I get the same way when I see Miranda, Maggie, or Helena Bonham Carter!! I think I've only been able to see one Maggie Smith movie in the cinema that wasn't Harry Potter, it was Becoming Jane. I've seen Miranda in Phantom of the Opera, Fred Claus, and the Young Victoria. Oh and Chicken Run but I didn't know her then! XD And Helena, I've seen her in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and the Corpse Bride (but I didn't really know her then) and Sweeney Todd and Alice In Wonderland. I love seeing them in the cinema!! I wish we could see them more!! It's amazing! And the best feeling ever!

I flipped out while watching the Academy Awards when Miranda flashed on the screen! I saw all three of my favorite actresses that night: Miranda, Meryl, and Helen! I screamed when Young Victoria won for costumes! Even though the woman who excepted the award seemed kind've full of herself. I'm really glad this movie got an award! Hope it gets more notice now!

Was it Red carpet or ceremony?

Helen and Meryl were on the Red Carpet and at the ceremony, but Miranda was shown in a behind the scenes video from the Young Victoria.
