The dino egg is cute - never saw an egg like this on the cave entrance - I believe my internet is also too slow... Always when I see an egg, that I like it says "this egg has already been taken" grrrr But I wonder how do I know if my abandoned eggs (from breeding) have a new home or not? I post them here:

They ususually get picked up pretty fast - you can generally tell by the number of views they're getting.
I am wanting to punch myself in the head right now, because I just noticed that one of my bred black eggs - which I ABANDONED - was an alt black! I've been wanting one of those for aaaages, and they're really hard to breed and ARGH, how did I fail to see the difference in colour? *smashes head on keyboard*

Yeah, I can, and hopefully I will breed another alt eventually. It's just frustrating in a helpless sort of way to know that I *had* one and gave it away.

Alt black, eh? And aww, that does sound annoying. I checked the abandoned eggs the other day, and there was an utterly bizarre multicoloured one, and I think I clicked on it in time, buuut I had too many hatchlings so couldn't pick it up. -_-

Uhm, I don't really remember, but I think it was black with a funny pattern...? >_> There was a paper one there too.

This may be a dumb question, but how do you recognise an alt egg? I understand that the dragons have a different graphic, but do the eggs as well?

Yeah. There's a very slight difference in the colours. You can see it here if you want.

Yeah that's pretty hard to recognize.... my little ones: I wonder if the dragons can only breed once?

dragons can only breed once a week regardless if the breeding is successful or not. I forgot to tell you how much I love your siggy Maellowyn!
If anyone wants to see the eggs they abandoned from breeding then all you have to do is look at the adult dragon's page it will show its children.

I bred a white egg last week and abandoned it. It's got about 1.5 days left, and cracks all over it, but I'm feeling a little worried. I hope it won't die ...
